If you are using Google Classroom and notice that your class rosters or grades are not updated, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Log out of your Writable account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner and choosing "Logout" or by visiting app.writable.com/logout.
Visit app.writable.com directly in your browser.
Note: Do not access Writable through HMH Ed or your school's portal or other LMS. This will not authenticate through Google.
Click "Sign in with Google" from the options.
That's it! Your rosters and grades should begin syncing and updating. Please be sure to give them a few minutes to show the most recent data.
