Whether you use Writable on its own or alongside an HMH curriculum, launching from your HMH Ed account ensures that you are linked to your school or district license and have full access to all that Writable offers.
Follow these steps from your HMH Ed account to access Writable every year at least once to ensure your license connection stays updated.
If you do not know your HMH Ed account log in details please reach out to your administrator or the HMH Support team directly: https://support.hmhco.com/s/
Once logged in to Ed, navigate to the 'Discover' tab. Select the program and grade level from the dropdown menu to login to into Writable.
Click the Program dropdown to select a program.
Click the 'Connected Solutions' button on the left of the screen to see programs linked to this course. Click the Writable icon to login.
Note: You may see the button labeled 'Writing Task' instead of Writable if your district purchased access to the Basic version of Writable.
When launching Writable for the first time, you may be prompted to connect a Google or Microsoft account. To ensure all accounts are connected, It is highly recommended that you sign in to connect your account at this time.
Once you successfully launch Writable from Ed, you will see your licensed curriculum show up in 'Explore', as shown below.
Tip! Not seeing all of your grade-level content? Make sure you've launched into Writable for each of the grades you teach.
