How do students find Writable assignments in Google Classroom?

When you assign an assignment in Writable, students will see it in their Classroom stream.

If you've assigned to the Google Classroom stream, students will be able to find and access Writable assignments directly in Google Classroom.

  1. First, have students log in to their Google Classroom account and click their class.

    💡Tip! Students can also see recent assignments by clicking 'To-do' in the left menu.

  2. Click to open the assignment from Stream. Assignments will be listed as soon as they are assigned by the teacher in Writable.

  3. Click the Writable box to open the assignment in Writable and submit writing.

    ❗Note: Students must open and submit their assignment in Writable for grading.

  4. Students may be asked to log in to their Writable account using the 'Sign in with Google' option. Once they log it, they can begin working on their assignment.
