If you are having students report that they cannot access an assignment or they are missing work from your Canvas-imported roster inside Writable, here are the steps to follow.

1. Ask students to return to Canvas and relaunch that assignment from their Canvas assignment list.


2. This will add them to the course roster inside Writable and their work will be there.

If students entering an assignment from Canvas does not clear up the problem, please go to your teacher account in Canvas and launch the assignment:
