Ensuring the protection of your work is vital in providing high-quality and original content to our clients. In this article, we would like to discuss some key points on how to safeguard your tools and avoid potential issues that could lead to order cancellations or paper leaks.

1. Avoid Shared Grammarly/Turnitin Accounts: Each writer on our platform is required to have a personal premium Grammarly account. We strongly discourage the use of shared accounts purchased from third-party brokers. Sharing accounts puts your work at risk as you never know who else might access the account and potentially misuse it. To avoid any issues, always maintain your own personal Grammarly account.

2. Be Cautious with Public Computers: While we understand that not everyone may have access to their own device for work, using public computers or laptops, such as those in cyber cafes, can pose risks to your account security. These devices may be used by multiple individuals, including freelance writers, which means sensitive data and account information might be compromised. Whenever possible, work on your own personal device to ensure the security of your accounts.

3. Protect Your Writer's Account: Never share your writer's account with other writers from your team or anyone else. Your account should be personal and accessible only to you. In cases where you collaborate with a team, ensure that each member has their own account. Furthermore, it is essential to pay your team members for the orders they complete to maintain transparency and avoid potential issues that could lead to plagiarism concerns.

4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Take advantage of the Two-Factor Authentication feature whenever it is available for your tools. Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your accounts, making them less vulnerable to unauthorized access. Additionally, ensure that you use personal and secure email addresses and phone numbers for verification purposes.

5. Consequences of Paper Leaks: Should your paper be stolen and posted on external platforms without your knowledge, it is crucial to understand that the responsibility falls on the account owner, which is you. Order cancellations and plagiarism concerns can have serious repercussions for your account and reputation.

We highly value your commitment to providing original and high-quality content to our clients. By following these guidelines and securing your working tools, you can contribute to a safe and reliable writing environment for everyone.
