We have introduced a profile statistics block designed to help you understand the health status of your account.

Our comprehensive assessment of account performance includes the following indicators:

  • Satisfaction Score: This reflects the success of orders completed over the last 3 months.

  • Rating: The average rating given by clients for orders executed over the last 3 months.

  • On-Time: This metric shows the percentage of orders where all required files were uploaded before the deadline.

  • Repeat Hire Rate: This indicates the percentage of clients who rehired after their first order.

  • Proposal Success Rate: The ratio of proposals accepted by clients to the total number of proposals placed.

  • Chat Rate: The average rate of communication with clients in chat, assessed both at the selection stage and during order progress.

Your managers are available to help you maintain your performance above the target values. Any decline in these indicators may result in restrictions on platform use.
