How to access transactions reporting?

Learn how to use our reporting feature to access information and detailed data about your fund movements.

To access the transactions reporting feature, simply find "Reports" on the menu. After that, choose "Transactions Reporting" on the left side.



You will now see a complete overview of all of your payments, refunds, payouts, supplier transfers, etc. done through WeTravel.



You can now download a complete report of your payments by clicking on "Export" or can filter the payments based on the following criteria:

  1. Date - set a time period

  2. Type - payment, refund, dispute, supplier transfer, payout, wire, card transfer, top-up, adjustment, instant payout, conversion

  3. Currency

  4. Trip


Once you've set desired filters you can download a custom report by clicking on "Export".


Here's what the report covers (you can always filter the report with your spreadsheet software as needed):

1. The first sheet shows your opening and closing balance for the period (can be filtered by date and/or currency) for all of your currencies collected. More info on how to create a monthly statement here.


2. The second sheet shows a list of your transactions.


Date created (UTC) - the date the transaction was initiated on
Date updated (UTC) - the date this transaction was last modified
Type - payment, refund, dispute, supplier transfer, payout, wire, card transfer, top-up, adjustment

Payment method - card/bank/cash for payments
Currency - the currency used for the transaction
Net - the net amount of the transaction (with WeTravel's fees withheld already). IMPORTANT: The sum of this column agrees with your available + on hold balance.
Amount - the gross amount of the transaction (with WeTravel's fees not withheld yet) Customer facing amount - total amount paid by participant (incl. card fees)
WeTravel fee - WeTravel payment processing fee
Organizer card fee - debit/credit card fees paid by you, the travel organizer for this payment (populated if card fee is absorbed by you)
Customer card fee - debit/credit card fees paid by the participant for this payment (populated if card fee is passed on to participants)

Running balance - running balance of your account after each specific transaction
Transaction ID - custom transaction ID for this specific transaction
Description - description of the transaction
Note - notes added for payouts/supplier transfers
Customer last name - name of the person who made the payment
Customer first name - name of the person who made the payment
Customer email - email of the person who made the payment
Trip name

Trip ID
Trip start date
Trip end date
Participant(s) - name of participant(s)
Discount code - discount code used (if any)
Beneficiary name - beneficiary name of payout/supplier transfer
Beneficiary email - beneficiary email of payout/supplier transfer


Alternatively, you can also see the information listed above if you click on any of the events and press "View transaction details".
