If you're recording your meetings without the desktop or mobile apps, Wudpecker's notetaker bot joins them as a participant.

💡 To introduce itself to unfamiliarized participants, Wudpecker sends an introductory message in the chat.

You can edit this announcement message in the Settings.

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Go to Message at start

Step 3: Write the message you would like the Notetaker to share when it joins a meeting

+ it is also possible to disable the message completely! To do so, toggle off the blue "Show message when notetaker joins" button, so that it becomes grey.

Note: This feature is only available for Plus and Pro users.
