Wudpecker can record your meetings in multiple ways: on the desktop app, mobile app, or with the notetaker bot.

If the option you're going with is the bot, it will join your meeting as a participant.

💡 By default, the notetaker’s name is "[your name]’s Notetaker"

For example, Hai’s Notetaker.

If you'd like to change it, here's how to do it:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Go to Customize Notetaker

Step 3: Put in the name you would like the Notetaker to have. It will be saved automatically.

Note: This feature is only available for Plus and Pro users.
