How can I have the notetaker join only my internal or external meetings?

💡 It's possible to change settings so that the notetaker will join only your internal or only your external calls.

Here's how.

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Navigate to Notetaker default joining rules

Step 3a: If you choose Internal calls only, Wudpecker's notetaker will only join meetings where all participants have the same email domain as you (for example, "@acme.com")

Step 3b: If you choose External calls only, Wudpecker's notetaker will only join meetings that include at least 1 participant with a different email domain.
