Even though Wudpecker's meeting notes are already beloved and beneficial, there is always room for improvement. There is an easy way you can help out the AI notetaker create even clearer summaries related to the main topics of the meeting.

  • Step 1: Create an agenda. We have many blogs with agenda templates, here's one of them.

  • Step 2: Read the agenda out loud in the beginning of the meeting.

    • For example: "So, we're gonna start this catch-up meeting with a review of last week's action items, then move on to current work updates. Then I'd like to hear some feedback and from you and possibly answer questions regarding recent projects. In the end, we'll quickly cover goals for the next period and look at what exactly to do next."

  • Step 3: In the end, recap what was discussed.

    • For example: "To wrap up, we covered last week's action items, discussed current project updates, addressed feedback and questions about recent projects, and outlined our goals and specific plans for the upcoming period."

This might be something you already do naturally, and if that's the case, bravo! You already know a thing or two about clear communication ;)
