Step 1: Visit Wynt
Go to app.wynt.ai and log in with your account credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Talents Database from company section
Discover the right candidates effortlessly, all in one place!
Home > [Your Company Name] > Talents Database
This is where you can view, manage, and search through all imported candidate profiles.
Step 3: Import Resumes
Click the Import Resumes button to start uploading candidate CVs. You can:
• Drag and drop multiple files into the upload area, or
• Click to browse and select documents from your computer.
Step 4: Smart Search & Filters
Once resumes are uploaded, Wynt will automatically extract relevant candidate details to make your search easier. You can:
• Search by Name
• Search by Job Title
• Use Advanced Filters such as experience level, skills, location, and more.
