Step 1: Log in to Wynt
Head over to the Wynt website and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile or company icon in the top right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Access Preferences
Within the Settings page, go to the Preferences section. This is where you’ll find key customization options for your recruitment process.
Step 4: Enable Blind Recruitment
Under Preferences, look for the Blind Recruitment option.
Toggle this ON to activate a setting in the Workflow tab of your Job Editor that will anonymize candidate profiles.
Step 5: Apply to Your Job Listings
Once enabled, this feature automatically hides identifiable information for all candidates applying to that specific job—such as:
• Name
• Profile photo
• Social media links
This creates a fairer screening environment by ensuring hiring decisions are made based on qualifications, not demographics or personal identifiers.
