Step 1: Log in to Wynt
Visit Wynt and log in to your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Select the Job You Want to Manage
From your dashboard, browse the list of job postings and click on the job you’d like to edit or manage.
Step 3: Open the Job Options Menu
Click on the three dots (•••) located next to the job title to open the job actions menu.
Step 4: Choose Your Desired Action
From this menu, you can:
• Edit Job – Make changes to your job description, title, or other details.
• Delete Job – Permanently remove the job post.
• Duplicate Job – Create a copy of the job for re-use or similar postings.
• Mark as Filled – Indicate that the position has been filled.
• Close Job – Pause applications without deleting the listing.
• Mark as Draft – Temporarily unpublish the job while keeping it for future use.
Step 5: Use the Draft and Publish Features
If you choose “Mark as Draft,” the job will be moved to the Drafts section of your dashboard. You can always come back later and:
• Click the three dots again.
• Select “Publish Job” to make the job live again.
Step 6: Closing and Re-opening Jobs
To close a job, simply:
• Click the three dots next to the job title.
• Select “Close Job.”
• The job will be moved to the Closed section.
To re-open a closed job:
• Go to the Closed section.
• Click the three dots next to the job.
• Select “Re-open Job.”
Step 7: Deleting a Job
When you’re ready to remove a job permanently:
• Click the three dots next to the job.
• Choose “Delete Job.”
• Confirm your choice to delete it from your listings.
