Administrative Analyst Level 1 Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of various administrative projects and initiatives.
2. Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
4. Conduct research and compile data to support departmental projects and reports.
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
7. Assist in budget management, monitoring expenses, and processing invoices.
8. Coordinate and track departmental equipment and supply inventory.
9. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of contracts and vendor agreements.
10. Provide support in organizing and coordinating departmental events and conferences.
11. Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
