Program director responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and manage programs in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Oversee program staff to ensure successful planning and execution of all events.
3. Foster and maintain relationships with funding partners, stakeholders, and organizational partners.
4. Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure the effective use of resources.
5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of the organization’s programs.
6. Evaluate program success and Identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the senior team to integrate programs with other activities across the organization.

Requirements
1. Proven experience as a program director with at least 5 years of experience
2. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise staff, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Demonstrated experience with budget preparation and management
6. Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with funding and organizational partners
7. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively as a member of a team
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
9. Availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary
