Operation analyst responsibilities
1. Analyze and interpret data to identify operational inefficiencies, including conducting root cause analysis, forecasting, and complex data modeling.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders for business decision making.
3. Monitor and evaluate business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement process enhancements to improve business efficiency.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operations by conducting market and industry research and developing analyses to support business decision making.
5. Work closely with senior leadership to identify and track operational goals, metrics, and critical business initiatives to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, project management, or similar roles, with a strong track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and analysis to stakeholders in a concise and compelling manner
7. Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
8. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
