Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
2. Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
3. Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
4. Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
5. Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
6. Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in education and growth.
7. Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
8. Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
9. Create and maintain training records and reports.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
2. Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or a similar role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels
4. Display robust project management abilities, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
5. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods
6. Demonstrate proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms

8. Knowledge of current trends and technologies in learning and development
9. Possess the capability to operate individually or as part of a team
10. Willingness to travel as needed
