Responsibilities
1. Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
2. Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
3. Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
4. Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
5. Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
6. Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
7. Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Creating reports and generating data sets as required.

Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data programs
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
5. Strong time management and organizational skills
6. Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively in a group
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
