Search Engine Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search engine marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic to our website and increase brand visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high potential keywords to target in both SEO and PPC campaigns.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance monitoring.
Monitor and analyze website analytics, SEO performance metrics, and PPC campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new search engine marketing techniques to ensure our strategies remain effective and up to date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to align search engine marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in search engine rankings.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in search engine marketing and implement them to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and insights on search engine marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and proven experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, and experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with website analytics tools and ability to interpret and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong understanding of search engine marketing principles, trends, and algorithm changes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively within deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in search engine marketing, including SEO and PPC, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications in search engine marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful SEO and PPC campaigns and their impact on website traffic and conversions.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
