Marketing Director Job Responsibilities:

Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, providing coaching and guidance to enhance individual and team performance.
