Digital project manager responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects, including website design and development, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders, to ensure that all project requirements are met and that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, status reports, and other project-related materials.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior leaders, on a regular basis.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement new processes and workflows to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with industry standards and best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and UX.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve project-related challenges.
Experience with project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, Jira, and other project management platforms.
Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects, including website design and development, email marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns.
Strong portfolio of digital projects that demonstrate your skills and experience.
PMI or PMP certification is preferred but not required.
