Junior Account Manager responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as production, finance, and legal) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
