Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to media professionals such as scheduling, preparing reports, maintaining contact lists, and assisting with media plans.
Assist in the coordination of media campaigns by monitoring performance, making adjustments, and providing support in the preparation of presentations and briefings.
Conduct research and analyze data to support media plans, assisting with the identification of target audiences and determining the most effective media channels.
Help prepare and distribute press releases and other media materials.
Manage media databases, track coverage, and prepare daily or weekly reports.
Work with creative teams to develop engaging media content for various platforms, such as social media, email, and website.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in media planning, media buying, journalism, or public relations
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with media software/tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media Management tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred
