Inbound Marketing Specialist responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage inbound marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email, and search engines.
Work with other marketing team members to identify customer personas and develop customized campaigns and content that align with their needs and preferences.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the inbound marketing programs. Based on insights, refine and optimize the campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, and customer engagement.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to inbound marketing, and continuously experiment with new tactics and tools to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. content, design, web development, sales) to create compelling and relevant content, marketing materials, and landing pages that support inbound campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, media channels, and industry thought leaders to advance and enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant fields
3+ years of experience in inbound marketing or related fields. Experience within B2B or SaaS industry is a plus
A proven track record of designing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results
Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer relationship management tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce
Experience in data analytics and ability to apply data-driven insights for marketing optimization
Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, build consensus and influence decision-making processes
