Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Create and implement marketing plans and initiatives aimed at increasing brand recognition, customer interaction, and lead generation.
Perform market analysis to gather data and insights that will guide strategic planning, campaign creation, and content development.
Work with other members of the marketing team to design and launch effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and the web.
Evaluate marketing data and provide reports on campaign results, making strategic suggestions to improve our marketing efforts based on the insights obtained from the data.
Plan and organize marketing events and projects, including webinars, trade fairs, and other promotional activities.
Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices in marketing, including the latest tools and techniques that can help drive business growth.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to collect and analyze data to make informed marketing decisions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external vendors
Proven creativity and innovation in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands
Knowledge of design principles and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
