Brand Designer and Illustrator responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for various initiatives, such as product launches, campaigns, and events.
Create compelling visuals, such as illustrations, graphics, and animations, that align with our brand messaging and guidelines.
Design and produce various marketing materials, including print and digital ads, email newsletters, social media posts, and presentations.
Ensure all designs are original and visually engaging, while also adhering to project goals and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and design technology to incorporate into design concepts.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
3-5 years of experience in brand design and illustration, preferably in a fast-paced creative environment
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and design expertise, with a keen eye for detail and composition
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas to stakeholders confidently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to receive feedback and collaborate on projects
Experience with video production and editing is a plus
