Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all communications and inquiries
Manage and support account teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations
Present campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency setting
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively while also managing details and deadlines
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and media
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and SEM
Passion for marketing, advertising, and creating impactful campaigns that drive results
