Responsibilities
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet all requirements.
Support the project team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and providing status updates.
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties.
Assist in the development of project budgets and financial reports, monitoring expenses, and reporting variances.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
