Responsibilities
Create and implement social media strategies that are consistent with overall marketing goals.
Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Produce engaging and relevant content that appeals to target audiences. Manage social media budgets and measure performance indicators to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Stay on top of social media trends and update yourself with new platforms and tools. Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure smooth integration across all marketing channels.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Evaluate and report on social media performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Experience in creating and executing social media strategies that are consistent with overall marketing goals
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance indicators
Experience with social media listening and monitoring tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
