Responsibilities
Create and execute email campaigns that are consistent with the company’s marketing objectives.
Design email templates that are attractive and incorporate personalization.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
Manage and grow our email subscriber list.
Work with other teams to ensure email content is consistent across all channels.
Evaluate email performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving engagement and conversion rates.
Keep up with email marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Previous experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
Solid knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot
Experience with HTML, CSS, and email design best practices
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Excellent written communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and able to QA email content for accuracy and functionality before deployment
