Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective brand strategies, which include creating and maintaining brand guidelines, brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to increase brand awareness and enhance the brand's image.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform the development of strategic brand initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that support the brand's objectives and drive engagement with the target audience.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations to inform future initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in brand management or related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective brand strategies across multiple channels
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies/vendors
