Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand message and business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creatives to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality work.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure all creative work meets the needs of target audiences and is aligned with our overall brand strategy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continually improve our creative approach and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure all creative work meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members, mentor junior staff, and develop team members' skills and capabilities.
Work with external vendors and partners as needed in the development of creative projects.
Communicate with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide regular updates on the status of creative projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field
At least 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative campaigns that are both innovative and effective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present creative ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients
Proficient in design and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision
Strong understanding of marketing principles and how creative work can support business objectives
Experience managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
