Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative campaigns that are both innovative and effective

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present creative ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients

  • Proficient in design and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how creative work can support business objectives

  • Experience managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
