Responsibilities
Communicate effectively the company's values, mission statement, and goals to various outside entities and other organizations to help further and improve the company's relationship with the external business.
Discuss and clarify the organization's goals and the external parties' goals, ensuring that collaboration is achieved to further these goals and ambitions for both parties.
Understand and evaluate concerns and potential problems, ensuring that remedies are laid out and thought of in with both parties' requirements.
Perceive and attempt to resolve queries and concerns before they arise.
Develop and implement appropriate frameworks and project timelines.
Produce reports on the viability and validity of the current collaborations and projects that are being undertaken to ascertain the viability of future endeavors.
Provide support and guidance to external partners and people that you are collaborating with.

Requirements
An associate degree in business or a related field would be an advantage
Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a liaison or similar
ability to follow procedural guidelines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster long-term business relationships with external entities
Good computer skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Office packages
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong independent working abilities
Good listening skills
The ability to multitask and handle a high-pressured workload
Highly organized and able to manage own workload
