Responsibilities
Craft and execute marketing strategies to improve brand awareness.
Assure that the present and long-term objectives of the company are being followed.
Conduct analysis of data to develop the marketing department’s budget.
Build relations with stakeholders and the media to implement public relations strategies when necessary.
Supervise all marketing campaigns and improve them when possible.
Make marketing projects a priority and assign resources appropriately.
Compose presentations and reports on a regular basis regarding marketing metrics to management.
Perform market analysis to determine opportunities and issues to expedite growth.
Report ideas and updates on marketing activities to the executive board.
Predict employment requirements of the marketing department and ensure appropriate employment practices are carried out.
Take part in the regular planning of the company's mission with executives.
Keep track of competitors’ activities in the marketplace.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
10+ years of marketing experience
3+ years of management experience
Background in designing and executing marketing strategies from beginning to end
Deep knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Outstanding written and communication abilities
Leadership abilities and a strong growth mindset
