Responsibilities
Develop effective, creative, and profitable marketing strategies.
Build and deliver marketing campaigns mixing digital and traditional media, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
Develop branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the department.
Participate at various conventions, trade shows, conferences.
Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
Analyze data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
Oversee hiring and training for the marketing department.
Make sure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports in a timely manner.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Proven prior experience in a similar position is required
Must have experience in running marketing campaigns
CMS software proficiency
Experienced with SEO and social media strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Exceptional time-management skills
