UX researcher responsibilities
Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Identify and define user personas, user stories, and user journey maps to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that user research insights are incorporated into the product development process.
Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product design and improvement.
Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies to continuously improve the UX research process.
Advocate for the importance of user-centered design and research within the company, and educate team members on the value of UX research.

UX researcher required skills
Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools, including both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other user research techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with UX design principles and processes, and the ability to collaborate with designers and developers to incorporate research insights into product design.

Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in conducting user research studies, preferably in a UX research or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous research projects and outcomes.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with UX design tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma, is a plus.
