Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as CIO or IT Director

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex IT projects to successful completion

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including cloud computing, database management, and cybersecurity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing them with clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
