Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.

  • Monitor network traffic and identify and mitigate security threats, including viruses and malware.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, with experience managing large-scale computer systems, networks, and servers

  • Deep knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux

  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V

  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching

  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Veeam and Commvault

  • In-depth understanding of security policies and procedures

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when required

  • Relevant professional certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, and CompTIA A+
