Responsibilities
Create and maintain a variety of technical documents including user manuals, design specifications, and other technical documentation.
Work with software development and testing teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.
Participate in team meetings and communicate project status to team members.
Research, analyze, and organize complex technical information into clear, concise, and readable documents.
Ensure the accuracy of all technical information by establishing and adhering to style guidelines (such as the Microsoft Manual of Style).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supporting material such as diagrams, graphs, and illustrations to enhance documentation.
Work with the marketing team as needed to ensure technical documents are properly communicated to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or other technology-intensive fields
Experience developing technical documentation targeted to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in writing and editing technical documentation with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology
Proficient in using authoring tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe Framemaker, MadCap Flare etc
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is preferred
Keen eye for detail and an excellent ability to organize information into a structured format
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
