    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience

    • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of success in managing HR operations and leading teams

    • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others

    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering employees

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Proficiency in HR software and technology, with experience in HRIS and ATS systems preferred

    • SHRM or other HR certification preferred
