Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and align with the company's goals and values.
Manage the recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new employees are integrated into the company smoothly and effectively.
Manage employee performance by setting and monitoring goals, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching employees to help them reach their full potential.
Handle and resolve employee relations issues, such as complaints and grievances, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve HR operations and support the company's growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of success in managing HR operations and leading teams
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering employees
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and technology, with experience in HRIS and ATS systems preferred
SHRM or other HR certification preferred
