Responsibilities
Utilize payroll software to prepare employee wages by the end of each month.
Directly distributing wages to workers or scheduling bank payments.
Update internal databases with the information of new hires, such as bank account and tax registration numbers.
Respond to inquiries concerning pay, benefits, fees, and insurance savings.
Responsible for managing the Social Welfare and Social Security Funds.
Generating payroll reports in response to client requirements.
Provides records and supporting documents to auditors, which facilitates audits.
Identifies and proposes payroll software, network, and procedural upgrades.

Requirements
Provable experience working as a payroll officer or in a related position
Bachelor of Science in Banking, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Experience working for a global company would be advantageous
Having a pleasant disposition and a service-oriented mindset
Able to use the Microsoft Office Suite and related programs with ease
Superior supervision and leadership abilities
