Responsibilities
Process employee data such as vacation time, pay, and regular hours.
Create guidelines and documentation for data processing methods.
Work with our IT team to perform regular HRIS checks and improvements.
When necessary, conduct vendor research and install additional integrations.
Maintain the accuracy and upkeep of personnel data for dissemination and reporting.
Administering daily operations, providing generic ad hoc methods to examine metrics, and responding to acceptable data requests.
Maintains current understanding of data management and security trends, as well as HR technology and HRIS software.

Requirements
HRIS Specialist or other related position experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information technology, or a related field is preferable, as is equivalent experience
HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping system usage knowledge are preferred
Knowledge of HR policies and practices to make sure HRIS satisfies company needs and objectives
Comprehensive knowledge of database design
Outstanding organizing abilities and precision
Have the ability to negotiate and deal with sensitive issues
