Responsibilities
Disseminate information about remuneration, benefits, and human resources policies.
Modify and organize the employee file system.
Promote the business at employment fairs and on college campuses.
Manage the training and orientation of new hires.
Builds and maintains strong bonds between managers and employees.
Make sure that grievances and disciplinary processes are handled according to Bank policies.
Takes proactive measures in employee relations and reacts to Staff Council organizing action.
Assembles and coordinates the President's yearly banquet for employees and their partners.
Hosts and plans the retirement party for the crew.

Proven record of employment as an employee relations specialist or in a related position
Excellent organizing abilities as well as a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of employment law that has been proven
Engagement in employee motivation initiatives
Capability to deal with people successfully and collaborate with coworkers
Capable of inspiring passion and trust through motivation, leadership, and inspiration
Aptitude for driving and overseeing innovations and improvements
