Responsibilities
Review and analyze the current processes and procedures for the recruitment and talent acquisition department.
Liaise with department managers, senior executives, and other leaders to understand their needs for recruitment.
Develop and implement improvements to processes or new policies within the department.
Manage other recruiters within the department.
Ensure recruitment drives are successful, assisting with the creation of marketing material and plans for recruitment days and roadshows.
Assist with the implementation of new software for the recruitment department.
Review incoming applicants' resumes and conduct either online or face-to-face interviews with candidates.
Manage the department budget and complete financial forecasts for the department.
Develop and launch effective onboarding processes with the HR department.
Produce regular reports on recruitment performance and goals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 3 years previous experience within an HR/ talent acquisition-focused role
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to decision make and think critically
Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
Proficient in the use of computers and their software, including ATS and CRM systems
Good interpersonal skills
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Ability to multitask
