Responsibilities
Make judgments regarding direct financial, secondary resource, and non-financial payouts using a variety of methodologies and procedures, and data.
Determine what attracts and encourages people by collecting information on organizational behavior.
Create job analyses, job categories, work descriptions, and job ratings.
Participate in wage and labor market surveys to learn about current compensation and perks.
Implement efficient communication tactics as well as key milestones.
Ensure that employees are appropriately trained and encouraged and that they have opportunities for advancement.
Assisting with the execution of regional and global human resources projects.
Perform analysis, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly, and on-demand reports.
Conduct a compensation survey among connected business and industry parties and engage in it.

Requirements
Proven background in the field of compensation and benefits
Knowledge of many sorts of rewards and bonuses
Solid aptitudes for math and analysis
Adequate understanding of current labor rules and guidelines
A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Finance, And accounting or a closely related discipline is required
Computer literate, particularly in the use of PowerPoint and Spreadsheet
Having the qualities of accountability, accuracy, and hard effort
Possessing effective interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities
