Responsibilities
Write and post technical job adverts on various job advertising platforms.
Analyze roles and create relevant technical job descriptions and character specifications to suit.
Source potential candidates via various platforms such as social media platforms and resume database websites.
Understand and identify particular skills and capabilities to screen Technical resumes effectively.
Make initial assessments of the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening phone interviews.
Interview candidates and use different techniques and questioning methods to ascertain their suitability for the role.
Liaise with IT departments to understand and forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the department.
Write and send customized emails with job opportunities to potential candidates.
Attend and engage at tech meetings, conferences, and discussions to coordinate with IT experts and understand industry changes and best practices.
Create and send offer letters, and onboard new hires.
Promote a positive reputation of the company and ensure it stands out as being an extraordinary workplace.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant sector
Demonstrated 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR recruiter in a recruiting agency setting
Skilled in different interview techniques
Able to understand and communicate role requirements for IT-based roles
Experienced in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Good knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of HR practices and changing regulations
Strong organizational abilities and able to work under pressure to agree on deadlines and targets
Effective problem-solving abilities
Great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
