    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant sector

    • Demonstrated 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR recruiter in a recruiting agency setting

    • Skilled in different interview techniques

    • Able to understand and communicate role requirements for IT-based roles

    • Experienced in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

    • Good knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Good understanding of HR practices and changing regulations

    • Strong organizational abilities and able to work under pressure to agree on deadlines and targets

    • Effective problem-solving abilities

    • Great attention to detail

    • Excellent time management skills
