Responsibilities
Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business.
Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
Collaborate with external recruiters to help fill open positions within the business.
Arrange and schedule interviews where required and sit in on them if required.
Create and develop effective onboarding paperwork and input new starter information into the ATS system and maintain those records.
Obtain identification and right to work documents from potential employees.
Liaise with the HR team to get background checks on new hires completed in a timely manner.
Work on social media networks to contact relevant candidates who may suitable for open roles.
Assist with inductions and orientations and hold sessions for new hires.
Ensure new hires have a good background of the company before they start and be present on the first days to welcome in new hires and introduce them to other team members.
Assist with managing job budgets and coordinating the advert spend effectively.

Requirements
Associate's degree or above in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and education
Previous experience using ATS systems or other recruitment software
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
