Responsibilities
Market research and client canvassing to bring on new clients to the agency’s books.
Visiting client's sites, listening to their needs, and understanding their operation and staffing requirements.
Putting together hire rates either permanent fees or hourly charge rates and sending them out to clients.
Advertising open roles on various platforms and researching databases to find the perfect candidates.
Networking for clients and candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Registering candidates with the agency and uploading their information onto the system.
Contacting pre-registered candidates to check if they are suitable for any roles that need to be filled.
Recruiting on a role by role basis and finding candidates that are adaptable to work in different roles for different clients.
Ensuring that candidates have the relevant assignment information for the job they are being sent to, i.e. address, supervisor contact name, role information, and pay information.
Liaising with other recruiters in the department to check if candidates are suitable for their open roles, and likewise to check if they have suitable candidates for your open role.
Gathering in of identification and right to work documentation and uploading it onto the system.
Liaising with clients to ensure timesheets and worksheets are signed off in a timely manner to ensure that payroll and invoicing can take place.
Assist the accounts department by ensuring all timesheets are in on time and signed off by the hiring clients to run an on-time payroll for all the workers.
Dealing with client, candidate, and accounting queries and resolving them as required.

Requirements
Associates degree or above in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and education
Demonstrated experience of full-cycle recruitment within a staffing agency environment
Familiar with the use of ATS systems or other recruitment software
Hands-on experience of using several job advertising platforms, along with the use of resume databases and professional networking websites
Effective networking abilities
Excellent sales qualities and experience with the ability to influence and negotiate
Great customer service skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
