Responsibilities
Create an HR department and give leadership and managerial supervision.
Develop a country program HR strategy that aligns with the organization's, regional, and global aims and objectives.
Define and review the in-country compensation structure and benefits programs in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner, and convey any modifications or updates.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation as outlined in HR policies.
Develop goals for the HR team and monitor progress.
Create benefit plans and remuneration packages.
Recommend and support improvements to the HR team during the entire recruitment process.
Craft and execute company policies that promote a safe work environment.
Organize in-house events for recruitment.
Deliberate with employees regarding their career development.
Evaluate budget and financing for the Human Resources (HR) department.
Organize learning events and programs for employees.
Supervise HR metrics such as cost-per-hire and turnover rates.
Make sure that the HR staff addresses the employees’ issues, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
Ensure HR procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements
Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant field
8+ years of HR experience
Background in recruitment and ATS software use
Knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws
Outstanding communication skills
Professional and approachable personality
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, manage many deadlines, and meet them.
Problem-solving and decision-making attitudes are required.
